2300 16th Street

Located high on Meridian Hill with sweeping views of Washington DC, 110 new condominium residences at 2300 16th Street are being developed by Meridian International Center and Westbrook Partners along one of DC’s grand boulevards. The broader site includes two historic Beaux-arts mansions designed by John Russell Pope and the 12-acre Meridian Hill Park across 16th Street; together the catalyst for the Meridian Hill Historic District.

Four upper levels of rooftop courtyards and terraces maximize opportunities for residents to be outside and take in the sweeping views at the edge of the city escarpment. A third level terrace connects a new conference center and offices to the historic gardens of the White Meyer House.
