Waterfront Park
At the southern terminus of the District Wharf development, this 3 acre community park is centered around a large central lawn that is framed by a steel and glass pergola, stepped geology fountain, bocce courts and rain gardens with views to the Potomac River and across the Washington Channel. As the project manager while at NBW, Paul Josey helped develop the park design through various community design charettes, city approvals and completion of the design development drawings.
