Eleanor Norton Holmes Park, a 3-acre community space, was developed as part of Phase 1 of the District Wharf. Phase 1 included the first and last segments of a multi-modal waterfront promenade stretching over ⅔ of a mile in length. The tree and restaurant lined promenade ends at Waterfront Park, which was developed with the extant community of residents ahead of waterfront redevelopment.
