DISTRICT WHARF
Phase I | Washington, DC
(Work completed with NBWLA)
Located on the historic Washington Canal along D.C.’s southwest waterfront just south of the Tidal Basin, this development will be a destination for District residents and visitors alike. The Wharf DC is a mixed-use waterfront development stretching across 27 acres of land including 13 high rise buildings over multiple phases. The first phase (under construction) includes the first and last segments of a multi-modal waterfront promenade stretching over 2/3 mile in length. Lined with riparian shade trees and restaurants, the promenade terminates at a 3 acre community waterfront park.
